Refund Policy
Donations made to Blessed Grace Mission Trust are generally non-refundable because funds are committed toward charitable programs, relief support, field activities, and trust operations.
Review for payment issues
The trust may review a refund or correction request only for genuine payment issues such as:
- Duplicate debit for the same donation attempt
- Failed payment where the donor account was debited
- Wrong amount entered accidentally
- Gateway, bank, or transaction processing error
How to request a review
Contact the trust with donor name, registered phone or email, transaction ID, donation amount, payment date, and the reason for review. The trust will verify the payment record with the payment gateway or bank before taking any action.

Processing notes
Approved refunds, if any, are subject to gateway and bank timelines. If a donation receipt, thank-you letter, or related document was already generated, the trust may cancel, correct, or reissue those records after review.
